CareerGrid sells instant digital downloads. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are generally not available.

However, if you receive corrupted files or experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@careergrid.co and we will promptly resolve the issue or provide replacement files.

This policy is provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have under UK law, which are not affected by this policy.
