CareerGrid sells digital products (guides, templates, prompt libraries and related materials) as one-time purchases. Access is provided instantly following successful payment.

Personal-use licence

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own career and job-search purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the files with anyone else.
• Upload the files to public or shared services.
• Reproduce or republish the content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and materials remain the intellectual property of CareerGrid. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

Payment

Payments are processed via our secure online checkout. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided for informational and educational purposes only. CareerGrid does not guarantee any particular career, interview or employment outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
